Scatolificio del Garda has, according to ISO 9001:2008 Standards, certified its own quality management system that addresses the company processes towards customer satisfaction. Also, since November 2003, it has activated an in-house policy of the company quality aimed to all in-house staff, to suppliers and external collaborators, allowing us to offer a better product and service.

• Obtain full customer satisfaction by supplying our products and services.
• Be able to satisfy the, implicit and explicit, requirements and requisites expressed by the customer with regard to conformity with standards, punctuality of deliveries, cost objectives.
• Assure the best technical assistance to the customer for the development of products and processes or troubleshooting.

• Prevent, in as far as possible, faulty products, decreasing costs of "non-quality".
